The Collin family at Lombard Farm

David runs Adventure Cornwall with the help of Linda, our lovely, smiley housekeeper, (in fact, Linda runs the business with the help of David!).

David is a project manager and experienced outdoor education specialist, on the way has picked up a masters degree in marine science, qualified as a Yacht Master, a British Canoe Union Coach, and is qualified by the Mountain Leader Training Board to lead groups rock climbing and in high moorland areas.

David enjoys life and has put what he really loves at the center of his world and has created a beautiful, welcoming place at Lombard., Perhaps, most importantly, his current lifestyle now gives him plenty of time to play!

Catherine is an excellent sailor, designs and makes beautiful ceramics, she is a fantastic cook and is very clever; she is a Clinical Physiologist and professor at Plymouth University.

David and Catherine have three children, Eliza 22, Tamara 20 and Tristan 16, as well as various animals.

Eliza is currently in Beirut on a fashion internship having studied at the London College of Fashion, Tamara is working hard (or so she tells us) at Leeds University studying zoology and looks out for all four legged creatures at Lombard. Tristan is excellent at life and hanging out with his friends, he also does rather good parties... and has, I'm proud (and slightly surprised) to say, just been made head boy at Fowey School..! The animals just like food...

Linda was born and brought up in Africa, surrounded by wild animals and wilderness, she ran a diving center in Sinai, is a diving instructor and accomplished photographer who has traveled extensively and her 'meeting and greetings' at Lombard are legendary...! She is also a recently qualified reflexologist and is now offering treatments at Lombard, highly recommended...
